Hi,
Only members of "Organization Management" has the permission to give Send-As permissions and will see "Manage Send As Permission" in EMC.
If you are not a member of that group, it would explain why you can't see that action.Martina Miskovic

Only the useraccount/person that is installing Exchange 2010, will after the installation, be a member of the group "Organization Management" and have permissions in Exchange.

hi, Dear Martina:
I'd check in AD users and Computers, that my Administrator account already in " Organization management " , but I still can't see "send as permission" in EMC,,,,

Is this a new installation of Exchange and have you been able to configure Send-As Permission before?
I'm thinking that you installed Exchange in Split-permission mode. That would also not allow you to create new mailboxes in EMS/EMC.. (easy check to do - new-mailbox vs enable-mailbox)Martina Miskovic

Please check that the Organization Management has the assigned role "Active Directory Permission".
Might be easiest to do that in ECP.

Ok, cool :)
If I were you, I would export the administator audit log and (can also be done in ECP) and look for when the permission were removed and by who.Martina Miskovic

yes. must to do this. thanks again :)
is there a instructions about how to analysis the log ? use to export, but it's hard to find out :(

I usually read the exported audit log AS-IS. Its an XML-file so its not hard to read.
If I know exactly what I am looking for, I use Search-AdminAuditLog in EMS.
